Returns

  • Special-Order toner/drum units/ink cartridges and other disposable units are NOT RETURNABLE or REFUNDABLE. All disposable units must be paid in full prior to the order. Plese ensure that the item you are ordering is exactly what you need - we will be more than happy to help.
  • Custom-made stamps/name plates/signs etc. are to be paid in full prior to the order and these items are NOT RETURNABLE or REFUNDABLE.
  • The original sales receipt must accompany any item that is an allowable return. No cash refunds will be given without a receipt.
  • An allowable return item that is over 30 days is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Cash refunds over $50 will be refunded in the form of store credit or an office-issued check.
