

Shipping Information
Shipping & Handling Guidelines:
We use the commercial carrier UPS because of their timely service, insurance, and tracking services. Packages MUST be signed for. If the shipping address is different from the billing address you must include the shipping address phone. We typically ship your order on the same day if received by 4PM, Pacific Standard Time, but please calculate the arrival of your package as follows:
Domestic Shipping Arrival Times:
UPS Ground Service - 48 contiguous U.S. States only / shipped within 48 hours of order / allow up to 7 business days to east coast.
- Hold and ship everything together - This is our default method. This option has the lowest shipping costs by holding the shipment of your order until all items are available.
- Ship each item, as it is available - If you select this option, each item will be shipped to you as it becomes available. You will pay the shipping costs for each shipment. To select this method please note it in the comment field.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We cannot calculate nor are we authorized to collect customs duties, VATs, and other local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of our international customers and typically due and collected upon receipt. In some cases customs authorities don't notify us of their charges until a much later date. In the event we are billed for any customs duties, VATs, or other local taxes, fees and duties we reserve the right to charge the party responsible for payment of the order should this occur. All documentation supporting these charges will be mailed to you via US airmail.
